Covenant Trustee Services

Covenant began as part of an Auckland accounting practice. In 1984 founder Graham Miller recognised there was a gap in the statutory supervision and trustee market and he gradually refocused the business in that direction.

Throughout the company’s rapid growth, a defining feature has been Covenant’s ability to not only monitor compliance but to also support clients with their understanding of compliance regimes. A willingness to work with clients on solutions while still seeking the best outcomes for investors has been a distinguishing feature.

Complectus Limited, the owner of leading fiduciary services provider Perpetual Guardian, became the owner of Covenant on 30 April 2015.
